2b-commercial is the introductory development programme for researchers & marketers wanting to provide superior insight & strategic business recommendations. It is the premise of this programme that the above can only be achieved by understanding brands holistically & what is involved in the 'art of insight'.

The overall objectives of the programme are to provide:

  • knowledge of how to gather data from the internal client/your own internal business & the external environment
  • ability to analyse data for marketing situational analysis in order to provide meaningful actionable insight & hence compelling strategic recommendations

Thus the programme focuses on a demonstrated understanding of:

  • the art of insight: why, what, when, who, where, how
  • a holistic view of a 'brand' & its commercials to know what questions to ask upfront & how to provide relevant commercial strategic recommendations at the end
  • how to approach the upfront project stage to set a solid foundation
  • how to develop well-structured final presentations that succinctly answer the business objectives with compelling recommendations
The programme comprises a full day, ideally split in to 2 half days with exercises for completion before both sessions, as well as case studies to ensure learning integration.
